As we turn the corner to a post-COVID world, I want to give kudos to Nutrishare's; consumers, caregivers, and the Nutrishare clinicians and staff for their resilience and commitment that was required to steer us through a world changed by the Covid Pandemic. Be assured that Nutrishare will continue to seek ways to improve the quality of services we've provided over these past 30 years.
Please join me in welcoming two new talented members to the Nutrishare leadership team. Stephen Holbrook and Austin Pulsipher bring extensive management experience and knowledge to Nutrishare as well as a fresh point of view and great enthusiasm as we prepare ourselves for the future!
The pandemic helped us to expand the Nutrishare Neighborhood into a national ZOOM education and social interaction 'home' dedicated to HPN consumers and their interests. Please join us and invite others for an exciting Nutrishare Neighborhood session of building an emergency 'GO BAG'. Details on the Nutrishare website.
Be safe everyone!
Stephen grew up throughout the Midwest, including Ohio and Chicago, but claims St. Louis as his hometown. He and his wife, Danielle, are excited to put down roots in Sacramento after living in 5 different states during their 9 years of marriage. Together they have had 4 children: Adelaide, William, Charles, and their late son Thomas.
Professionally, Stephen spent five years working for DaVita, a Fortune 200 provider of dialysis services. At DaVita, Stephen worked closely on payor and value-based care strategy and was subsequently responsible for patient retention in a 15- state area. He previously interned at the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company with a focus on healthcare-based projects.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys alpine skiing, hiking, cooking, reading, and is an avid sports fan. He loves to spend time with his family and is continually amazed by his children’s creativity. Fun fact about Stephen: he is legally licensed to drive a full-size bus.
Austin grew up in California before moving to the East Coast to attend school. He is the proud father of three children with his wife of ten years, Laura.
Austin began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in New York City. After that, Austin worked at three private investment firms: i) American Infrastructure Funds investing in transportation, healthcare, food and agriculture sectors, ii) Bain Capital Double Impact where he focused on sustainable packaging companies, and iii) Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, a partnership backed by Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) focused on technology enabled infrastructure investing.
Austin loves to be outside with his family skiing, boating, hiking or playing sports. Fun fact about Austin: he speaks Mandarin Chinese from the two years he was a missionary in Taiwan.
